KULE Lars Scarf

KULE Lars Scarf

Taylor Tomasi Hill has always been one of our favorite street style influencers. This season she has been sporting our Kule stripe Lars scarf on the streets Paris and New York. The combination of her red hair and the poppy red stripe from the scarf is mesmerizing. We can’t wait to see what she wears next. Taylor nails it every time!

The New Gucci | InfluencersJan 26, 2016

I have been falling in love with the new Gucci ad campaign images and their look books. They have been so inspiring to say the least. Designer Alessandro Michele has infused an intellectual romanticism with a touch of quirky thrift shop glamour..and I’m in love. My favorite Gucci pieces are the ones with the sporty stripe trims (of course) and the funky glasses. It’s not a head to toe look I would ever pull off, but some of the elements are so unique and refreshing. Here are a few Gucci images photographed by Glen Luchford and a few of our own quirky Kule versions.

Kule Tennis Still Life

Kule Tennis Still Life

It’s tennis time! With Wimbledon fast approaching and then the U.S. Open at the end of the summer, I feel totally inspired by the look of classic tennis. Everything from Bjorn Borj to John McEnroe, to classic Fila, Lacoste, and Ellesse have influenced me from an early age. I wish tennis clothes never changed – I am not a big fan of all the neon colors on the court today. I absolutely love tennis whites with some primary colored details mixed in. One of my favorite tennis editorials is that of Anouk Lepere by David Burton for Elle Italia. I have reworked a few tennis classics into Kule for everyday dressing like the Illie top and the Penelope dress. Also the striped Brady resin bangles mimic a wrist band when stacked.  Bam! You are ready for the matches.
